Fine Tune
It is recommended to have a regular tuning of your piano, usually once a year (depending on use), to maintain the pianos stability and pitch. A fine tune can take one and a half to two and a half hours depending on the pianos condition. The tuning is done by ear using techniques which take years to master, and provides the best tuning.

Pitch Raise
A pitch raise is usually required if a piano has not been tuned for a long time. The pitch of the piano is initially adjusted, then it is fine tuned.​ Not all pianos will be able to have a pitch raise, it depends on the pianos condition and how much the pitch needs to be adjusted. Your technician will advise on this.

Maintenance
Occasionally parts inside pianos need some general maintenance to continue working. Perhaps a string has broken, or a key is sticking. The price of this work will depend on what is required, an estimate would be agreed upon before work commences.​
